All prices are in Thai baht. For donation-based practices, a suggested contribution is 500–700 ฿. You choose the amount, and you are welcome to attend without paying. Pay in cash or by PromptPay on site; contact us to arrange an online consultation.

Meet your guide

Dr Kalyar

A background in medicine. A lifelong practice of yoga and Ayurveda.

Born in Nepal, Dr Kalyar studied Ayurveda there before studying medicine in Russia, specialising in trauma and orthopaedics.

His practice spans more than thirty years and includes work in Nepal, Russia, China, Japan and Germany. He established his own centre in 2002.

In Phuket, you can join his yoga and chanting practices, or enquire about an individual Ayurvedic consultation or Abhyanga procedure.

You do not need to master a pose before your first visit. Let the teacher know what feels comfortable for you.

What should I bring?

Wear clothes you can move in and bring water. Ask us about mats and anything else you may need when booking.

How do I book?

Contact us on WhatsApp or Telegram with the practice you are interested in. We will agree on a time and confirm your booking in the conversation.

What does “donation” mean?

For group Hatha yoga, group chanting and the retreat, you choose your contribution. Individual mantra chanting, consultations and Abhyanga have the fixed prices shown above.

Can I have a consultation online?

Yes. Ayurvedic consultations are available in person or online for 3,000 ฿. Send us a message to arrange the format and time.

How can I pay?

For in-person visits, pay in cash or by PromptPay on site. For an online consultation, please ask about payment when arranging your appointment.
