Visiting the website.
This website has no user accounts, advertising analytics or database for booking forms. Its own script does not set cookies or use localStorage.
When you open a page, your browser contacts the hosting service. That service may process technical request information, such as your IP address, the page address and browser details.
The form and WhatsApp.
The enquiry form asks for your name, the practice you are interested in and an optional question. As you type, the site script handles the text in your browser without sending it to the website server.
Choosing “Open WhatsApp” includes your answers in a link and passes them to WhatsApp. The prepared text may remain in your browser history. You review the message and press Send in WhatsApp yourself.
The organiser uses the information you send to answer your question and arrange your booking. A name and your preferred practice are enough for a first enquiry; please do not include documents or detailed health information in this form.
External services.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends requests to Google when the page opens. Links to WhatsApp, Telegram and Google Maps open external services, where those services’ data handling rules apply.
Your messages and profile information are processed by your chosen messaging service. This website does not control how WhatsApp or Telegram stores conversations.
Questions about your information.
To ask about information sent with a booking enquiry, contact the organiser on WhatsApp +66 6 5903 5164 or Telegram @CrystalCD369. You can also ask the organiser to correct or delete information they hold. Deletion by an external service is subject to that service’s rules.
